1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Employees of A-Bomb Energy LLC., affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on May 13th, 2025 and ends on June 1st, 2025 at 1:00 PM EST.

3. How to Enter

• Purchase Entry:
  • 20 entries for every purchase of The Atomic CEO Metal Sign during the contest period.
  • 12 Packs: Receive 10 Entries
  • Other A-Bomb Items: 5 Entries
• Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
  Mail a handwritten 3x5 card with your full name, address, phone number, email, and the words:

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the Atomic Nuke Collector Item, a custom item that can hold a 16oz A-Bomb Energy can. Approximate Retail Value: $400.

Runner-up prizes include a 12-pack of your choosing, retailing for $35.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected randomly on or about June 5th, 2025, from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email, phone, or social media and must respond within 48 hours. Otherwise, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these rules and the decisions of the sponsor. The winner agrees to allow their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
