OFFICIAL RULES

1. Sponsor

The A-Bomb Energy "Nootropic PCU" Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by A-Bomb Energy, LLC, d/b/a A-Bomb Energy, PO Box 35, Cameron, NC 28326 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor, and persons living in the same household as such individuals, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins on July 3rd, 2026 and ends on August 7th, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EST. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes..

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Every entry has equal odds, whether you’ve ordered 50 cases or never tried a can.

No purchase is necessary to enter. All entries have an equal chance of winning regardless of any past or future purchase.

5. Prize

Grand Prize (one (1) winner): One (1) "Nootropic PCU" — a 3D-printed collectible display model with an internal compartment sized to hold one standard beverage can — plus one (1) twelve-pack of A-Bomb Energy drink in the winner's choice of available flavor.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $189.98.

Runner-Up Prize (four (4) winners): One (1) twelve-pack of A-Bomb Energy drink in the winner's choice of available flavor.
ARV: $34.99 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $329.94. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The Nootropic PCU is a decorative collectible for display purposes only; it is not a toy and is not intended for use by children. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded. Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes on prizes.

6. Winner Selection, Odds, & Notification

Winner will be selected randomly on or about August 8th, 2026. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to select one (1) Grand Prize winner and four (4) Runner-Up Prize winners. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within [5] business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility and a valid U.S. shipping address within [7] days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner does not respond within that period, is found ineligible, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) before a prize is awarded.

7. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped at Sponsor's expense to the winner's confirmed U.S. address within [30] days of winner confirmation. Sponsor is not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit after delivery to the carrier.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, in which case Sponsor may select winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to the action requiring such cancellation, suspension, or modification.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its owners, members, employees, contractors, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, network, hardware, or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (d) technical or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes or processing of entries; or (e) lost, late, undeliverable, damaged, or stolen mail or email.

11. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal courts located in Harnett County, North Carolina. All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available HERE . By entering, entrants consent to receive email communications from Sponsor; entrants may opt out of marketing emails at any time without affecting their entry.

13. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: A-Bomb Energy "Nootropic PCU" Giveaway — Winners List, PO BOX 35, CAMERON, NC, 28326, received within sixty (60) days after the end of the Entry Period.
