How Our Subscriptions Work

Our subscriptions are available for 12-pack cases and are designed to reward long-term subscribers.

Your first subscription order is charged at full price. Beginning with your second scheduled delivery, your subscription automatically switches to the discounted subscription price.

This structure helps prevent misuse of the subscription system and allows us to continue offering meaningful discounts to our recurring customers.


Subscription Billing & Renewals

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency you choose.

Subscription discounts apply only after the first successful delivery and continue as long as the subscription remains active.


Managing Your Subscription

Customers can manage their subscription at any time through the subscription management portal by logging into their account using the email address associated with the order.

From the portal, you may:

  • Update delivery frequency

  • Skip upcoming orders

  • Change payment or shipping information

  • Swap flavors within your subscription

  • Add one-time items to an upcoming order

  • Cancel your subscription

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.


Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled or paused at any time through the management portal.


Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, the order may be delayed or skipped until payment information is updated. Repeated failed payments may result in automatic cancellation of the subscription.
