Damages & Errors Policy

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Team@abombenergy.com and include:

  • Clear photos of the affected items

  • Photos of the outer box and internal packaging

  • Your order number

Please take photos as soon as possible and avoid moving or discarding packaging, as this documentation is required by our shipping and fulfillment partners.

All damage and error claims are reviewed and final solutions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Minor cosmetic imperfections—such as small dents, dings, or surface marks—may occur during transit. If the product remains sealed and drinkable, these cosmetic imperfections generally do not qualify as damage under carrier policies.
